Here at Global Thinkers Academy, our mission is to inspire and instil the love of learning in students so that they can succeed anywhere, globally. We believe that every student has the potential to succeed, and provide tailored lesson plans to help them do just that.
Our Expertise
Our founder, Theodora Chan, a first honours graduate, studied English Language & Literature as well as Global Creative Industries at the University of Hong Kong. She has over 10 years of experience teaching English to children privately and at centres such as Little Oxbridge and Foundation Education, creating interactive activities and courses to engage students and make learning fun. She also mentors students for academic counselling, interview prep, IGCSE, IB, SSAT, TOEFL, IELTS and public speaking.
She understands that each student is unique and has their own learning style, and takes the time to get to know each student to tailor her lessons to their individual needs.
In high school, Miss Theodora studied at an international ESF school, Sha Tin College (2016), scoring 42/45 for IB. She has deep understanding for both international and local school curriculums.
